When you or your agent request the photographer to take a photograph at the show, you are entering into a verbal contract to purchase that photograph. If for some reason we are unable to achieve an usable photograph, we will accept its return within 15 days; thereafter, it is considered accepted. We use the show catalog to obtain the name and address of the owner of record. We try our best to achieve the best possible photograph at the time. Our photographs are developed and mailed in a very timely manner.

The only way we are paid for our work is through your purchase of our photographs. We can continue to offer a reasonable price only with your support in helping us to get the best possible photographs and paying for them in a timely manner.

We offer a $5.00 discount on all prepaid original photograph orders or prompt payment within 30 days of billing (cash, check or credit card). To authorize your credit card for future photographs, fill in the information at the bottom of your invoice form. This will automatically qualify you to receive your discount on all future original photographs.
